My periods usually flux by a few days every month, but other than that, I am pretty regular. About 4 days ago, I started having a VERY light period. (not to gross anyone out,but the specifics are that it's very little more than a pink discharge...It's not even showing up on a pad) I am about 6-7 days early according to the start of my last period. What gives?
I DID, though, start a diet in late January: I am VERY overweight & have a long road ahead of me in the weight loss department, but as of today, I have lost 21 lbs! I have also started regular excersize since my last period; could these be factors? What do ya's think?
I have heard tell that some women will have spotting/ semi-periods while pregnant....I remember having light spotting w/ my first pregnancy, but only for a day or two. WTF? Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks much, ladies!

when you lose weight it screw up your system a bit...someitmes not getting it..or missing it.Usually when you are pregnant you dont get a period...if there is spotting it could be a sign of something and needs to be checked out. So I suggest go to a doctor....to find out the truth
