Find out if your company has a policy regarding paid holidays and if so, what it is. If they have one and you haven't been paid in accordance with that policy, request back pay.

Three years and you couldn't figure out that it might be better to ask the person who does your payroll than the yahoo answer board? I hope you're not employed in a position that requires a lot of intellectual horsepower.....

Does your company offer Holiday bonuses? If so, then you should ask the question of what you should do. If they don't offer bonuses, they are not obligated to do so. That is really up to the company and what their guidelines are. Sometimes you luck out and land a job where you have a good boss that understands that people need incentives, but more than often you end up with the guy who cares not.

You should check the employee handbook (if your company has one) to see if it's in there. If it is, then you should have a talk with human resources to find out if it is still a standing policy, or if it's not active anymore. All around you can always just ask the question anyways "just wondering, do we get bonuses?" You will get your answer

good luck

Holiday pay is not required to be paid. If it is your companies policy to not pay it, then there is nothing that can be done. The FLSA covers time worked only.
