ok, first go to " Tools " on top then hit " Internet Options " Then once there click on " Clear History " and bam its done.

I think I am the only one who read your whole Question. Since you mentioned Safari you must be using a MAC.
Go to Safari - Reset Safari - You will also need to clear other browsers cache such as Firefox...

Go to internet tools, then options, then look for something that says AutoComplete. There should be an option to turn it off or clear the history. AutoComplete is what saves the info.

Go to control panel, internet, internet options, delete history....or at the top of your screen now you may have internet options up there and can delete history

On your webpage go to
tools
Options
Click on the tab that says privacy
Uncheck the box that says remember what I've typed.

Dbl click on the text form you intered it on and highlight the word. DO NOT CLICK IT. just highlight it and press your delete key

Is this in Internet explorer? if yes then go to tools-internet options- content - auto complete and clear forms and clear passwords

when it shows up just put your mouse over it and when it highlights it, hit delete on the keyboard.
