Schizophrenia is what you referring to. It can cause you to hear voices in your head or talk to people your brain creates so you see and hear them in your life but it is really just your brain because you are ill. Here is a good website you can use!

I can't spell it right, but it's skitsophrenia (maybe skitzofrenia?) And it's not hearing voices, it's having multiple personalitiesin teh same body. Someone who has teh condition is known as skitzophrenic.
