Is homeschooling not an option?
I have known a few kids who had to be homeschooled because of medical reasons. You should look into this because a diploma will look better on your resume later.
What medications have you tried for your migraines? I also suffer from migraines. Things have improved for me taking Topamax, Lamictal, and Axert. I do not know if you have tried these.

Your school should be able to provide you with an in-home tutor so you can keep up with your schoolwork. I know that not being able to be in class is a huge drawback, but there are alternatives out there. Does your school provide resources for people who are struggling like a Digital Academy where you can get your credits online? What about Night School where you can take classes to make up for missed credits, and summer school? There are ways to get the credits you've missed without quitting. Why don't you contact your guidance counselor and see what your school can do to help you?

Absoultely Not. Just because you have constant migraine headaches is not a legitimate reason to drop out of high school. I thought about dropping out earlier in my Junior year but then said no to that option very quickly. And the reason for that is because people who only get a GED have a far less chance of getting a good job than people with a regular high school diploma do. You will also have a very hard time getting accepted into any good college and you might as well say bye-bye to graduate school because none of them will accept you meaning you will not be able to get your Master's or Doctoral degree meaning the best degree you can earn is a Bachelor's degree. I hope you choose not to drop out of high school because if you do, believe me, it will be a decesion that will haunt you for the rest of your life. Good luck trying to get a girlfriend too because if you drop that shows you are a major wuss and girls like strong manly guys that are dedicated to having a successful life!

Getting your license doesn't depend on you being in school to my knowledge whether you stay at the school you're currently in or drop out and get your ged... HOWEVER, I think you should stay where you are.

Talk to your dr though about your headaches because you should not have migraines all the time especially at your age.

No! If you quit school, you won't be able to get a good job. If you have constent migranes, go see a doctor.

Don't drop out!!!! trust me you will regret it later. I have bad migraines too. I have been to doctor after doctor and I found that changing my diet has help out alot!!! If i were you go talk to your doctor about causes and treatments. None of the meds worked for me but talk to a nutritionist worked for me. but, don't quit school. If you ever want to make a good living. stay in school and go to college!!!!

I dropped out after 10th grade and got a high school diploma equivalent certificate.
It was the worst decision I've made so far in life.
I'm supposed to be a senior right now and I miss it so much.
You can still get our license though.

think about it. school may be a pain in the butt right now, and you might be having migranes but that shouldn't be a reason for you to quit school. you're going to be making a really bad decision and i'm almost 100 % sure you're going to regret it. i used to be really sick and i considered the same thing, however, i'm doing really good in school now and i'm not sick anymore.

Maybe you should see a specialist or consider home schooling. There is also the PACE program which you go at your own pace (hence the name). With this people have been known to graduate sooner.
