I work out very reg. and use wieghts and go running alot. I consume alot of alcohol though. I got an amazing cut but cant seem to gain any mass. Does my asumption of alcohol have any affect on this problem?

Depends on your alcohol consumption

To gain mass..one example if you lift 100 lbs. doing 12 reps try lifting 125 and do 6 reps...bottom line more weight less reps.
