Actually it is very possible ... hence "wet dreams" etc. Men have wet dreams and are called so becaues they actually orgasm by thought alone. NOW women can also have those exact same "wet dreams" but since most women do not "ejaculate" during the orgasm, you wouldn't necessarily peg it as an orgasm. But yes it is very possible to orgasm by thought alone.

In the waking world... no (I've tried!), but in the sleeping world... yes! Women have wet dreams as well as men.
It is possible to orgasm with a combination of Kegel exercises and thinking about a sexual experience. That kind of took me by suprise!
