My friend has this problem where she is really touchy and when she talks to u she grabs my arm and gets really close in my face. How can i tell her that she is being annoying with out hurting her?????

just tell her "woah. my bubble's being invaded"
something kinda funny.
if that doesn't work, just tell her "I need a tiny bit more space, I still love you, though"
something simple and sweet so it doesn't upset her =]

Tell her you need your personal space, and the touching makes you uncomfortable as you are not that way. Being honest, direct, but kind and she'll understand. If she doesn't, it is still ok for you to set this boundry and if she can't respect it, she probably isn't true friendship material.
