Very good. I was on the pill for two years after my daughter was born. I moved out of town and couldn't line up a doc for my refill fast enough and missed a few days of the pill.

I found I was preg three weeks later.

So tell her to watch for symptoms.

Honestly, probably pretty slim, the bc is good in her system and usually takes 30 days to get out but can take months. But I got pregnant after being off for 2 weeks. I think Im very fertile too and I missed 2 and 3 sometimes 4 and 5 days all the time and didn't get pregnant.

VERY possible, missing one day can do the trick!

Plus, my sister got pregnant whilst on the pill, and she never missed one, she religiously took them every day at the same time. But when it's gotta happen, it happens!

PS: LOL@Wild thing

The same as anyone else, as far as I know. Being on the pill for a lengthy period of time does not cause you to build up an immunity to pregnancy.

Ok to be honest, she is most likely NOT pregnant. It is really hard to get pregnant right after being off birth control. Your body is still adjusting to not having a "controled period/ovulation time"... when my friend's sister got off after being on it for two years, it took a y ear to get pregnant and that was w/the help w/medicine. Even the doctor will tell you, the one downfall to birth control is that once you get off after a long period of time its hard to get pregnant right away. So i would say she is pretty safe, but just to make sure , go to a clinic and get a free pregnacy test or to ur school nurse.... it's all confidential.

I got pregnant on the pill and did not miss one or take anything that would counteract.

it's possible. Same thing goes for if she uses anti-biotics while she's on the pill

Anything is possible. I had 3 kids and was on BC with all of them. 99.9% still leaves room for OOPS!

It happens. Maybe she has an unconscious urge to get pregrant.
