" Although there are more than one symptoms of Pregnancy, the most relied ones could be as follows:

Implantation Bleeding is the earliest symptom of pregnancy. This happens about eight days after the conception resulting in spotting and cramping.

Frequent Urination occurs after 6 to 8 weeks of pregnancy and is very common symptom of pregnancy.
Darkening of Areolas or the skin around the nipples.
Food Cravings for certain kinds of food indicates a presence of pregnancy and can last throughout the period.
Confirming pregnancy
Of course these are the symptoms of pregnancy and the existence of one or more is not definite indication that you might be pregnant. Just the same, if you do not experience these symptoms, it does not mean that you are not pregnant. The best way to confirm is to take a pregnancy test. Many early pregnancy tests are very accurate and can tell you early if you are pregnant or not.
If you suspect you are, you should visit your GP and he/she can confirm it and also start your pre-natal care. "

My mum had her period (it was light but definately looked liek her period) for the first couple of months, so she didnt firure out she was pregnant until she was about 4 months pregnant, she didnt have any symptoms and put down her last the last period that didn't come (would have been her thrid month of period whilst pregnant) she just put it down to diet changes and stress. She though tender breasts was caused by her hormones being silly, I have had tender breats on several occasions mid ovulation and at the time of my period, so it seasy to put them down as other things and not pregnancy.. There are talks of women who go through their whole pregnancy without their period and dont know that they are pregnant, I dont think this is possible though as spotting is suppose to stop after the first trimester

Speaking from experience it is totally possible to be pregnant with no symptoms - even to fail a pregnancy test on a home pregnancy kit. I was 16 weeks and had developed a hard abdomen before I learned of my pregnancy. I continued without the normal problems of pregnancy right up until the delivery.
If you really want to be sure, go to a doctor's office and take their test. They are much more reliable.

Lots of pregnant women don't feel anything at all until their babies start moving.
I was the other way, though, and can tell you all about symptoms you may have mentioned.
You don't have to spot, first of all. But I knew I was pregnant early on because I threw up all of the time. ALL the time. And I would have really vivid dreams. And I would smell things a lot more strongly. This was before I missed my period, so it was pretty early. Again, lots of people feel nothing, though.

It is possible to have no symptoms and still be pregnant. When I was pregnant I did not have any symptoms until about 6 weeks into the pregnancy. I then had some nausea.
