i'm using a website creator using ftp but my website is not showing up i keep getting this on the front page....

Not Found
The requested URL / was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

If you are working in html then the main page of your website must be called: index.html
When you open your ftp program and connect to your server, find the folder called 'public_html' , click on it to open it, then upload your index.html file into that folder.

Erm, it sounds like something to do with your name servers, which are like what you put in wherever you registered your domain, it tells the domain name what host to point to. Your webhost should provide you with these nameservers, if none of this information is helpful then maybe check if you have an index.html, for some wierd reason your host may not use directories and it just doesn't know what page to point to. Or you have your domain name set to redirection, and it may be redirecting to a page that doesn't exist.
