I saw this house that i like. It's empty like some one just had moved out a their was paint outside. Their wasn't and sign outside saying if it was for rent or for sale. So i left my number and name and ask them to call me if they would be willing to rent to a military family. Being that we are in the military and move ever three years tht is why we don't buy.

Yes I would do that. I'm a Texas gal and I am not bashful. If I want to know something, I will go to any means to get my answer. Maybe I got that way because my husband is a retired military man and I have had to depend on my mouth to get me a lot of information over those military years while raising 5 military brats (ha ha)while he was at sea. We get seasoned, that's for sure. Good luck & God Bless~~~Jill

Ball, you are a landlords' dream. Why, cause he doesn't have to run an advertisement or deal with renters Association. I have a couple houses and this is the best way I like to rent. No wasting time with people calling all hrs of the day and nite, walkthru after walkthru!!! Heck, I have even left notes on peoples cars asking if they want to sell

There is nothing wrong with leaving a note, maybe the owner was getting it ready to put it up. Hopefully they recieved the letter and no one else did. but I probably would do the same thing. I hope you hear from them soon. good luck.
