if i use tampax pear rregular during gymnastics would it move or slip???

Tampons are designed to stay put so you can move about your daily activities... Just change them regularly (leave it in no more than 8 hours).

No. The tampon is held in by the muscles in the vagina. Good Luckers!

no it shouldnt...you know it is in properly when you dont even feel like you have one!..Make sure to change them every 5 hours or more if you need to becuase they are toxic and left to long is very dangerous.. i personally stopped wearing them because i used to get hot flashes(red face-feverish) and get dizzy...years later i realized it was tampons

It shoudnt but i would recommend use playtex sport tampons. Those are really good while being active.
