Have you noticed business being kind of slow or not?
I am in landscaping business and I have not noticed much going on here in Tennessee in that area.

I work as a store retail assistant and have done for quite a while now.
This time of year is well known for being the worst time of year for retail, all trading /buying is down due to it being the end of the tax year (in the uk anyway), still close to after christmas time where people are very poor, and as a result of loosing the joy of the christmas /winter festivalities, people plunge all their cash into a holiday for the summer.And it should go without saying, the weather really RELLY affects peoples moods, noone buys as much, if at all with the weather being grim.
Once afew people start acting in this way they all tend to join in. Consumers are oftern like sheep!
Wait till summer through to christmas, best time of year, though it should start picking up from spring onwards.

I'm in retail. Were up $2,000 on the month compared to last year and I'm hoping we can pull a month out. We lost January and February but I'm hoping we can start gaining. Retail sales are down all over, i think alot of it is Internet business, I'm the first to admit i shop online for alot of things.

I work for myself online and do have bad and good days. Not sure why when I'm doing the same things every other day. I do notice things pick up when I start advertising campaigns but cant explain the slow times. All the best to you from down under in New Zealand.
