I usually am nice to strangers...I feel like people in the south do it all the time. But I don't know, I've never lived anywhere else.

It depends on the stranger. However, I almost never act on it unless it's things like sneezing, moving out of the way, being polite, and helping someone if they dropped something near me.

I'm mostly around strangers because I'm out of town so much. My days and trips are much more fun if I treat people like friends.

don't have to think..I think I've been programmed to be nice to strangers even though that's not always the best thing to do...always act on it even when I feel rotten

I'm always nice to strangers. If I make eye contact a friendly 'Good morning/afternoon' doesn't hurt.
It's nice to see someone smile, makes me smile.
They are priceless.

I find it easier to be nice to strangers than it is to be nice to the ones I know. If you got to know me, you'd find that deep down, I'm pretty darn selfish.
