On Judge Judy, has anybody ever noticed the same cute/blonde girl is very often sitting behind the defandants?

Looks like she is in her early to mid 20's, has medium blonde hair, sits next to another girl with dark hair, and they usually snicker/whisper several times during the show. Think it's somebody trying to get noticed? Do they allow just anybody into the audience?

I have never noticed her, but I think those people are paid extras.
