What does the Iraqi government want?

Question

I don't care what US politicians want, I don't care what the U.S. people want. I don't even care what the majority or Iraqis feel depending on their knowledge of what makes sense for their country at this point. Is the Iraqi government wanting the U.S. to stay so they can stabilize? Or are they pushing the U.S. out saying they can handle every thing now.

LET ME BE CLEAR. I don't want any ones opinions on whether or not we should be in Iraq. Iike i said I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK. I want to know what the Iraqi government HAS SAID. facts. not speculation, or anti-war spam.

I honestly don't think that Americans have been given any data in this regard. I have not read or heard anything abou what the Iraqi government wants.

I suppose, though, that the men running Iraq right now probably want/need our troops, as those men have been put in place by the US until Iraq can get sorted out. I hope it happens soon, fighting is never good for too long.

The Iraq government is controlled by the Shiite majority. They want the Sunnis supressed and controlled. The US forces can help them do that. Then they want the US out. The Shiites are the more radical of the two sects. They are partnering with Iran because Iran is also controlled by Shiites.

For the US to stay there. It is a puppet gov't and once the US leaves, they WILL be overthrown by the Iraqi people (those whom are considered insurgents) and likely killed. This is fact.
