report. I mean, yeah they got sick, maybe had a heart attack, stroke, cancer, or whatever, but had they been loved and drenched in compassion and kindness and taken care of without all the stresses that this society (i.e. inaccessible health care) places on them and had people who were supportive and genuinely caring for them it would be different.
Just like when a spouse often dies soon after their mate does-a broken heart...

I definately believe in that. I myself have several times felt that I could very easily just slip away, let it all go, from my heart being broken. It makes you lose your will to live, which is all that keeps most of us going. A person with cancer and no medical hope for a future can recover completely if given the will to live. A person in good health with no will to live can just die of very simple illnesses. I hear about those sorts of things all the time.

I have seen again and again how old people die within months of one another. Ones instinct is to be positive and what is more positive than assuming a love so consuming that at its loss the very will to live is drained from the survivor and this may be true in part. I believe that we all need a reason to live. For elderly couples whose lives revolve around each other their partner becomes that reason, a focus for continued survival. Past a certain age one becomes increasingly sensitive to the slightest change in ones world and a grave loss could very well be enough of a blow to carry an old dear away. So I suppose I agree, One can die of a broken heart.

I do not believe that at all. I believe that most people die of natural causes - each person who is born is going to die. That is a truth that cannot be negated. But - the time between - that is when we can be and do for better or not - our choice.
