We don't know how old this girl is and she could a kid just looking for attention and that is the issue.

Some girls don't know any better. their parents didn't teach from right from wrong and with the media and society they've made it okay to show all to get attention. they actually praise the ones who do.
personally I think it's very pathetic. if someone doesn't like you for who you are but than likes you because you show all they're playing you for an easy fool. Which is exactly what the person is!
I'm 20 and I dress to not show. Sure I have some cleavage tops but those aren't my everyday clothes- those are special for my boyfriend!!

Just like some people want to use their wisdom and wit
No right or wrong
Just personal choice
I don't think anyone has the right to judge other people based on how they get their attention, it's something we all want at least once in our lives
And if they aren't hurting anyone, no big deal
Some people have wit and intelligence to their advantage, some people have a killer body
Not one is better or more important than the other

well i would have to say no as long as they are doing it for a good reason or if they like doing it and they dont do it to be a hoe
well if it is a kid that still lives under there parents roof then there shouldnt be an issue, and kids that sneak out and then change there cloths are the ones that perverts seek out, because they are dressed that way they get attention of good and bad people

Huummm, is that an assumption about females that dress a certain way? Be careful or assumptions could be made about females that dress another way.
I am very intelligent and do not let my stuff hang out, but generalizing is dangerous. Maybe they used to be 300 lbs. and worked hard to get that way.

No not at all..I'm proud of my body. I am a 34 year old mom of three..I am a size 2 and weight a 135 pounds without one single stretch mark. I am very proud and please with who and what I am. I worked hard to get this body and I show it off as a work of art.
