Also, in the Sims 2 your sims can trurn into an alien, but is there anything you can turn into in university and open for buissines?

You need to befriend a vampire downtown. Once you befriend one, you'll get the option for them to bite you.
And your sims don't TURN into aliens, they can be abducted by aliens and the men can give birth to an alien baby.
University brought zombies, which you can get using the resurrect-o-nomitron. It's a career reward. OFB didn't bring any new characters that I'm aware of.

Like others have said, You can only turn into a vampire or werewolf. You cannot turn into an alien. You have to have Nightlife to get to be a vampire, make friends with a vampire, then they will bite you. Go out to places at night you will find vamps there. If you cannot find a vampire use the boolProp cheat.

Once that is typed in hold your shift key down and click on the sim you want to be a vampire, there will be a menu that pops up and it will say "make me vampire".
You need the Pets EP for werewolves. To become a werewolf you have to be bitten by the Leader of the Pack. This is a big black dog (wolf) that comes out at nightime, the leader has glowing eyes. You have to have a good relationship with the Leader and if its good enough it will bite you. I dont think you can do it the easy boolProp way.
You can only have alien babies by being abducted from stargazing thru the telescope at night. If you do the boolprop cheat and then go into create a family mode, hold your shift key and press M this will take it to debugging mode which will unlock many costumes and and the alien and zombie skin tones, and also alien eyes.
There is also a mannequin skin tone that is unlocked, if you have both a male and female mannequins and they have a baby the game will freeze because it has no baby skin tone in that selection.

You have to get bit by a vampire.Develop a strong relationship with a Vampire and then they will bite you.I can't remember the order,but you can turn in to a werewolf in one of the games.Also a zombie.I think that's it.
