I felt a pinch in my lower left ovary area. On tuesday my ovulation kit said positive. Could it be that it took 2 days to actually realease the egg after the LH surge? I thought it meant I would ovulate that day it came up positive. Any advice?

Ovulation predictor kits let you know 24 to 36 hours before you ovulate. That “pinch” you felt is a good indication that is when you ovulated. When you get a positive LH surge you should have sex that day, and the two days following.

I think some of test can show that you are ovulating or you about to. I always had a pinch or a cramp feeling when I was.

when your lh surge reaches its peak you ovulate 24-36 hours later, read the package if you still have it. The package will go more in depth about it.
