Link 2 gameboy advances with a link cable and go to Pokemon center at top floor and trade.

every one know you need to trade kadabra to let it envolve but to let kadabra envolve you must also trade it with a player that has a national pokedex.because alakazam can only be found in the national pokedex so it is a must if you want kadabra to envolve.

link with either a gamecube with colluseum (1 or 2) or another game boy advance and trade in the pokemon center and it will evolve

you have to trade to your gba after you trade you kadabra evolve into alakazam if you have pc you can trade in your own pc to if you want more help into pc gba email me i edit my answer

you could try training him most of the time with wild Pokemon or with trainers. Or have like this powerful rock that makes it evolve.
