the start button on the bottom of the screen is on the right side now... how do I get it back on the bottom?

Click and drag the taskbar back to the bottom. Click the middle, drag to the bottom of the screen, let go of mouse button.

Click on it and hold the mouse button on the Taskbar, you are now grabbing the taskbar with the mouse.
While holding the button, drag the mouse back to the bottom of the screen and it should move with your mouse movements.
Let go of the mouse button when you prefer the position.

click and drag the a blank spot on the bar with the start menu to the bottom of the screen.

Right click on and hold it while dragging you mouse to bottom of the screen, and poof it's back to where it belongs

First, right click on your taskbar. Make sure "Lock the Taskbar" is OFF. Then, at a blank spot of the taskbar, click and drag until it is in the proper postition. Then right click again are press LOCK THE TASKBAR so this doesn't happen again :)

left click and hold over the bar and drag it to the bottom of the screen.
