What is male ejaculation? What are the symtoms after ejaculation? can you pee? Is it an orgasim or at least part of it? if you put this is in medical terms please put it in lamen terms as well

An ejaculation is when sperm is shot from the penis after the penis has been stimulated either in sex or by masturbation. I hope this helps.

Ejaculation is when the penis brings the male reproductive cells (sperm) to the outside of the body, this happens when the penis and testis are stimulated by intercourse (sex) or masturbation.
After ejaculation all penile functions work fine, in fact you may see and increase in urination for up to an hour after ejaculation.
As for symptoms I know of none.
