I've had some problems as well. My period started to become fairly regular a year ago until it just stopped. I haven't had a period for a year now, so I went to the gyno. After doing a million blood tests, they said it was just stress. :(
So the solution is, relax, eat right, and get daily exercise.

go get some test done...I had the same problem I still do...people are just differnt...a lot of things affect it thought like too much stress, not eating properly ( you need a certain amount of fat to get periods) go t o bed at the same time, wake up at the same time..try to keep your body in tune. This helps!

Well I think you should talk to your Dr. However if you are not opposed to going on birth control, you may want to try the pill. It can regulate your period and even make it shorter in duration.

If you're in your teens, your body is still adjusting, but will stabilize by the time you're 18.

If you're an adult with a hormonal imbalance, you may need some help from the pill or other medications.
