I think it is rotten that you would want to put your mother in a home . And then want to move in her home . What are you hoping she gets sick , you might as well have .

Your age or hers.
Its not quite as simple as you think to have someone admitted to a care home. Youd first have to get Welfare Guardianship of her. And as you reasons for wanting it are not in her best interests then I'd be pretty sure youd not get it.
