Of course YouTube doesn't have Naruto dubbed in English. The episode haven't been aired yet in the US. You probably have to wait like 1-2 months until Cartoon Network airs the episode.
Until then, I advise you to watch Naruto in Japanese audio and English subtitles. I can't help but to snicker when I watch Naruto saying 'Believe it, believe it!' every 5 seconds. :P
