Leonardo - Blue, Michelangelo - Orange, Donatello - Purple, Raphael - Red. The masks are all red in the Mirage comic series in which they debuted. They were changed to different colors because the makers of the cartoon show thought that it would be easier to tell the characters apart with different masks, rather than different weapons (like in the comic series). There was another turtle called Venus (Pink Mask) in the short lived (& completely awful) live action television show made by the producers of Power Rangers in 1996.
