It's just the noise you make naturally when you are bursting to go and it comes out quickly, it's quite normal unless of course you meant out of your mouth.

I never heard anyone hiss loudly when I go to the loo!- I dont hiss loudly either come to think of it.

I think the noise you are hintiung at is the sound of a lady going to the loo.

DUHH -we dont have bits like you down ther you know!

Usually the loud hissing sound is caused by pressure and buildup of urine. Does it happen mostly after you have held it in for a while?
