Seek counseling and therapy for how you are feeling... See a medical doctor and they may be able to help you with medication for your depression as well.... Good luck to you and i hope you start to feel better soon.

Look for help........ASAP!

Go to the doctor and have a checkup. Maybe tests to see if your hormones are OK.

Be honest with yourself...Do you have issues or problems that need to be addressed? Seek a counselor or a psychiatrist. Take medicine if needed.

My first choice would be this: go to a pastor or priest and ask for help. God is the Only One who can help you.

Good luck. Depression is a terrible monster, and only those who have had this disease know just how difficult it is to deal with....!
Take care of yourself and ask for help...Don't wait because it will get worse.

That all depends on how old you are. Around 30, 40, 50 it could be. Around 60 you realize life always was what you made it. When you are young you want to be older, and that didn't work. So, when you became older you decided younger might.
In between the two, you decided ..to heck with it..you decide to check out the doctor and the antidepressant scene and find that it works!!

So sorry sweetie. Hug. We all go through this stage at some points in our lives. The best thing is to either seek professional help, or do you own therapy by listening to your favorite songs; watch comedy shows; hang out with friends. I spend a lot of time listening to sermons - it helps me spiritually.
