You need a file recovery program. Since you obviously don't have one just downloading one will probably overwrite the file you are trying to recover.

One way to empty a Recycle Bin is to right-click over top of the Recycle Bin and select "Empty Recycle Bin."
If you deleted a file (or files) permanently by emptying the Recycle Bin, there is no way for you to get it back -- it's gone for good. This is true, unless you use some sort of special software to retrieve a deleted file from your hard drive -- but even that is not not always 100%; furthermore, the effort involved in file recovery is usually 'over the heads' of many users.
However, if you still have files that are listed in the Recycle Bin, you can just drag and drop them somewhere (such as your Desktop), or you can right-click over top of the file and select Restore.

I think so just dont do anything else after you read this then take it to geek squad. whatever you did should be backed up on the RAM but if you do too many things on your computer such as surf websites or open and run programs the file will be deleted as the RAM fills up. Let me explain it to you in a simpler way... After your done visiting those dirty websites youd never want your parents to see and delete the history, what you did and what you were doing is still saved on the RAM (random access memory RAM for short) but your RAM is only about 1GB i believe so it cant hold too many things. (also if you want those dirrty websites hidden delete the offline files LOL)
