Kleenex and a whole tub of your favorite ice cream!
But seriously, file whats left of your nail so that it looks ok (an the rest of them too, so that it doesn't look strange), keep your nails & cuticles hydrated with a good lotion (my fave is Qtica intense cuticle treatment and hand balm) and get a nail growth stimulator (my fave is also Qtica) Before you know it your nail will be back to normal! check out the website http://www.artofbeauty.com/scrpt/scr.dll/prelogin?&brand=1
If your nails were acrylic or gel (anything atrificial) go back to the salon you got them done at pronto and get them to soak off the one nail and repair it ! Don't try to file it yourself as you can do more damage to your nail bed!
