Do you have a Hobby Lobby nearby? I saw one there for $1.99. I just recently bought one at Party City for $3.99 ( I bought it before I saw the one at Hobby Lobby). If you don't have one of those stores nearby, then might I suggest ordering one of the internet? Or even look for an air pump that is for inflating bike tires, footballs, soccer balls. If it has the right type of nozzle you can use it to inflate balloons. Here's a link to one on eBay just to give you an idea of what I mean.

(I, personally, wouldn't order that one being that it would be coming from Hong Kong, but I just wanted to give you an idea of what I was talking about.)

Hope I have helped some. Good Luck with the balloons!

The Dollar General Store has $2 a set of pump and twisty balloons with basic instructions available in toy/novelty aisles.
for one near you http://www.dollargeneral.com
I would guess the Family dollar store chain carries them as well. also a store locator http://www.familydollar.com /
I don't have the brand name of the toy.

I found this site that offers a pump that is double action, cutting in half the effort to inflate the balloons.

You might do your own search for 'balloon inflator for twisty balloons'. I found sites for clowning, videos and other things that might be of intrest to you.
