All three of these are considered organelles, like mitochondria and ribosomes, and are located in the cell cytoplasm. The centriole mostly plays a role in cell division, allowing chromosomes to line up along the metaphase plate and pulling them apart. The peroxisome is used to detoxify certain chemicals, speicifcally peroxide which is harmful to most cells. The centrosome helps to anchor and give some organization to the microfilaments in the cell.
