Eww! No nightquill unless 100% despirit. Get a good rest, drink a lot of water, train your voice, and enjoy the day. Also, try some herbal tea. It really helps. My friend Chris is having the same prob. She might miss her play.

Boil Water
Put in a teaspoon and a half of honey
Squeeze in juice from half a lemon
Stir it
Wait for it to cool
Drink it

Hot spicy foods usually help clear up a throat cold for me

Anything menthol, put a menthol sweet in some water or take a bunch of them to clear it

Gargle with warm salt water. My wife is a singer, too, and this is what she does in this case. Oh, and don't talk if you can help it. Plenty of sleep, too. Hot shower in the AM....she is standing here feeding me all this! :)
