how can i make a toga out of a sheet with out ripping, cutting, sewing, ect.?

Using an extra long twin sheet, run it through a large ringe or band halfway. Next, gather the sides together with safety pins. The ring should sit on one shoulder.

traditionally, it's tied by it's ends over one shoulder. Watch Animal House for inspiration...it's a Classic!

Try using safety pins.
