I'll answer you tomorrow...
24 hours later:
People that procrastinate simply have different priorities. Everyone, and I mean everyone procrastinates. Its just that instead of calling it procrastination, they call it setting priorities.
If you wish to stop "procrastinating," simply think about your priorities. Evaluate what is important to you and why. Once you've decided what really matters to you... poof, no more procratination! You become one of those people who have priorities.
Its just a matter of being honest with yourself about what your real priorities are, as opposed to what you think you should do.

A useful topic of selection and sacrifice. If you wish anything badly ample, you'll make investments the time and agony critical to enable your self to emerge as more potent on this class. Procrastination is a average and natural idiosyncrasy, and lots of persons are stressed with it. If you determine the truth that it is going to harm you, and that it has a bad end result to your existence total, then you'll take the stairs to right the dependancy. Set up a software for your self. Make a few notes to your self, or some thing works, to drive your self to get matters performed on time. Achieving this subject can simplest aid, and situation you in a lot more manage of your existence. Habits will also be damaged; it is only a topic of dedication.

Sleep on it: You'll think of something tomorrow!
Honestly, bud, there's no other way than to learn to kick yourself in the butt once in a while. If it really IS something that you can put off doing--or it's not all that important--go ahead and let it slide without being down on yourself. But if it truely needs done (or if someone else is depending on you to do it) then live by one creed: "Just do it NOW." Sitting around "to think it out" really just gives you time to justify not doing something. Get on it, and you'll at least have some progress to show for it if you decide not to follow through all at once. In fact, most big jobs that we all bulk at (yard work, home improvement projects) are actually a collection of small jobs. So attack a few of them, focusing on only one thing at a time. You'll be closer each time you work on it, and soon enough, be done! Try to focus on the end result rather than the work required.

i have problems with procrastination myself. one thing that helps me is to make a list of everything i need to do. then i will pick one of the tasks and break it down into smaller, more manageable pieces. sometimes so small it might seem ridiculous to other people but it's a way for me to get things done, cross them off a list and feel like i have accomplished something.
for example, if i need to clean the house, then i will write down each room specifically i need to clean. if that is still too much, then i will each room down even further, so if i have to clean the bathroom i'll break it down to 'wipe mirror", "clean toilet", wipe down counters, mop floor etc
the other thing is that if you feel like you have a lot to do, it is important to schedule breaks for yourself, so say if you study for 30 mins then take a break for 15. or say i'll study for an hour then i can watch 1/2 hr of tv. something like that.
hope this helps!
