It is really quite simple because a lot of people with government jobs make a lot of money! Yeah I know they want to cry they don't make enough, but some make far more then "average" citizens and to those who love to tax - its all about redistributing the wealth more then anything else.

They pay them..right? if it's income it's taxed....unless your rich or a corporatiion then it goes off to a tax heaven. and Whoooha ...we're in the money!
