There is a big difference between ROE, ROA, and ROIC.

I think MSN Money has a screener that gives you ROIC, I use the Yahoo one and I've never seen it listed as an option.

Yahoo finance screen will provide that for you. I ran the screen for NASDAQ stocks and got 216 with roe of greater than 20%. You can also run it for roa. I receive 50 with roa greater than 20%
