What's the best thing to do if you're in this situation? I know that it is kinda awkward to work in a company if your boss' wife gets pissed of you coz she thinks you flirt with her husband. I need your ideas guys.

or the other way around, what if...your boss's husband gets jealous of you?

I think it is likely that if the boss's wife is jealous of a woman at work...she has good reason to be. Maybe you get along well with the boss, chit-chat in a friendly way very often, and are younger and very attractive. I'll be the boss's wife would be less likely to notice if you kept your relationship with your boss very professional and dressed more conservatively and gender neutral. Even if you aren't flirting with the boss, but have a somewhat flirty reputation or dress overly risque, it would be likely to give her that impression. So I'd suggest if you dress conservatively, and keep things professional and not personal with your boss (which is a really good idea, regardless of gender) you will escape the spouse's jealousy.

my opionion you should back off maybe your giving her a reason to be jealous just do your work and go home .if anything he only would want you for one thing and then continue his relation with his wife . it would cause too much trouble and many problems even if he flirts with you dont get between a man and his wife . how would you feel if it was the other way around ?dont do to others what you wouldn't want done to you ..what comes around goes around .keep it professional
