i right clicked on a link and it showed a bunch of options called poer browsing and if you go into just for fun you can turn the page uipside down or make it blurry or like its in a mirror

Well, I have right clicked on a link before, but I never saw the poer browsing option to make the page turn upside down or make it blurry or make it look like a mirror =( It sounds cool, and I wish I could try. *Pouts* Maybe it has something to do with the type of computer I have. I have a Dell Windows XP...what about you?
