Muscles need time to recover. Every day only works if you are switching between muscle groups (example: upper and lower body). In addition you should also schedule some longer rest periods of 4-10 days every now and then (like once ever 2-3 months perhaps) to let your muscles fully build.

Every other day would be better. Muscle gain doesn't come when you lift the weights, it comes when you recover. If you don't give yourself a chance to recover, you'll just end up getting hurt.

It's better to lift every other day - the body needs time to heal, build, and recover. The # 1 thing I would recommend is to consume lots of water. The article above has some more tips about creating an effective workout plan.

every other. so max 3 or 4 times a week. it really hurts your muscles lifting everyday. just be careful

no. your body needs to recover and it takes about 42 hrs for a muscle group to recover depends how hard you trained.. rest is just as important as the workouts... i suggest working out Monday, Tuesday, W-day off, Thursday, Friday and sat and sun off..

depends on how much u lift, how long u have bin doing it for, if u have any muscle to begin with, and wether u have done it before

you could get around that by doing upper body one day and then alternating to lower body the next...

three times a week not everyday you can strain your muscles and get injured give your body time to recover
