I have a little bet with my friend she said that I was 1 of 4 people in the world who used that word. Just wanted to see what everyone else thinks.

My family uses that word quite often- We are Italian and it means "jerk" "a@@hole", etc.
My nephew uses it in another context which means "wimp" "wussy", etc.
Outside of our family I rarely hear it used.
