I rarely do that but...you know...sometimes its a sign of being double jointed...and that's never a bad thing? Right?

Yes, I do at times. I use to do this too much and I try hard not to do this because I have carpel tunnel syndrome. I usually don't have too much pain unless I get into the "mode" of knuckle cracking. I also love to crack other peoples knuckles and toes but I have to not do this much either. It is an addicting behavior and is hard to stop. Awww.... I miss it very much!

Drives me nuts. My knuckles won't crack. I hate the sound. It's like a cat eating a mouse.

I crack my knuckles and all my fingers and toes, but it is because I am double jointed.

I crack just one knuckle: my left thumb. I sometimes call it my 'Stress Test'. If it cracks, I'm stressed, otherwise I must be relaxed. It annoys my mum if I'm at home, apparently sending shivers up her spine - which is very naughty and wicked of me I guess!

it is a rude habit that offends and makes me cringe. I think that it is a function that should be done in private. What's even worse is the neck cracking. That really get's me upset. People should realize that not everyone wants to hear that mess.

I do! Studies have shown that it actually increases circulation when you crack your knuckles (not that they encourage u to start doing it), and it does NOT cause arthritis!

i crack my knuckles and it feels goooooooooooooooood. if it annoys someone, that's an added bonus.
