is it true that u can jumprope for 10 min a day everyday for 1 mo and lose 10 lb? if not, how can i lose a lot of weight quickly and keep it off?

I lost 20 lbs in one month by eating only grilled chicken breast,and salad with low fat dressing. Try it it works.

jump roping...no way. If you want to loose 10 pounds in a month it is very easy. Eat less calories than you burn every day. If you don't know how many calories you burn every day, assume it to be less than 2500. You need to burn 3500 calories to lose one pound. So, to lose 10 pounds in 30 days, you need to have a total calorie deficit of 35000 over the 30 days or 1167 calories less a day. So to absolutely loose 10 pounds in 30 days eat less than 1400 calories a day for a month. Actually, this is pretty easy to do. 400 calorie breakfast is a bowl of high fiber cereal (or pretty much any other cereal) and that leaves you 500 for lunch and dinner. You would be surprised how much that is if you choose smart options. Check out the Hackers diet (best online book every written for weight loss) and use google 15 to accurately track your weight and trend...it works very well.

#1- Stop eating fast food
#2-Do not eat white flour or sugar!!
#3-eat many green leafy veggies
#4-Drink lots of water.
#5-Walk alot.-Use lisa sansone's walking programs. And you don't need a treadmill for it either
#6-Keep a journal of everything you eat including how much water you've drank.
#7-Stay away from DIET products. They are worse than the actual products!!
#8-Read "Natural Cures they don't want you to know " By Kevin Trudeau.
#9-Take whats called a "colon cleanse". You will feel a whole lot better.
Eat more fiber!(But remember to drink more water!)

try 8lbs! thats only 2 lbs per week!
DO NOT EAT PROTIEN ONLY!!! thats dangerous and if you dance you need carbs.
just check out my other weightloss tips i have answered for a safe way to lose weight.
10 mins of jumping rope does nothing 20 min. or more thats when you will start to lose and burn fat!
