PERIOD question plizz...?

Question

I was just wondering that how many of you have so much pain during your period, that you cant even go anywhere and are in bed for about 2 days. plizz answer me. I think im the only one that suffers those days in the month from that much pain. Hoe much is your pain? What do you feel like doi? ieven throw up. What could this be. When i tell some of my friends, they dont really believe cuz they say they dont even feel when it satrts.! TNX 4 UR ANSWERS.

Same with me. I have very heavy periods and very bad cramps for the first 3 out of 6-7 days of my period. I am going to the gyno for my first time tomorrow to get checked out. Maybe birth control would help me. maybe it would help you too. Talk to your mom.

I don't have very much pain with mine. I'm also on the Pill (Ortho-Novum 1/35), which I think helps.

That much pain can't be good. As much as you want to stay in bed, excercise is one of the best ways to reduce cramps. If it's really a problem, see a doctor. Some forms of the birth control pill are really good for dealing with PMS symptoms. Ever since I went on mine, I don't think I've had a single cramp...and my period only lasts like two days.

on the first day of my period i have real bad cramps and the first night i never can sleep because they hurt real bad, i've never thrown up but i have felt nausea's, my cousin used to throw up and cry because her pain was so bad,if u want some help with pain relief u can try going on the pill sometimes that can help ease cramps

It's like a hard stomachache. And I just want to angry when meet everybody. But, I just don't think about it. I know I can do something any work and not just sleep and don't do anything! Just enjoy it and forget about the hurt..
