OK I BOUGHT THIS VERIZON MODEM/ROUTER AND EVERYTHING WORKS BUT THE INTERNET LIGHT DOSENT TURN ON?? CAN ANY 1 TELL ME WHY AND HELP ME THANX

I assume that you have connected a phone line that provides a DSL connection.
The most likely cause for the internet being off is you are not connected to the internet.
If you haven't already, contact verizon or your DSL provider and get them to activate your connection. Both Cable and DSL modems have to be setup by your service provider before they will connect.

Make Sure That The DSL Light Is On. If You Internet Light Does Not Turn On Then You Will Need To Check Your User Name And Password On Your Router. Running The Wizard Should Help You Out With This. Tech Support Should Help With This, 1-888-567-6789.

depends on what it says in the manual, but im guessing it only turns on during internet activity.
