Need help identifying song - na na na na na na na?

Question

There's this 60's/70'sish sounding song I keep hearing on the radio. I dunno the artist or song title, though.

It's NOT "Hey Jude", "Kiss Him Goodbye" (Steam), or "Land of a Thousand Dances"

It has a male vocalist whose voice kind of reminds me of Van Morrison. It has a guitar riff and a little harmonica here and there at the end. At the end, the vocalist says "na na na na na na na" repeatedly.

Thanks everyone for the answers. That Journey song was a good guess, but it actually sounded really different from that. There was like a slight pause between the third and fourth "na's" if that helps at all.
