who else thinks that the holocaust was THE saddest and worst thing that could have ever happened?

No. It could have happened to an equal number of kittens and puppies and been broadcast on TV. That would be worse. No matter how bad something is, it can always get worse.

I think it was horrific! Sadly, I don't know if it was the worst ever. There are SO many bad things that have happened, and I can't think of one worse at this time, but there are SO MANY bad things, some that never make it on the "front page" news.
I truly believe though, that all of those who died in the Holocaust are in heaven as their Great Reward. They died for their Religion or because of their Religion. For all the pain they suffered on Earth, I believe that God multipies their reward.

i mean no offence to survivors or anything - but no it was not the saddest point in Human History....
The fact WW1 cost 20million lives was worse.... the fact that millions of people die because of greed is a greater travesty then the holocaust.....people starve by the millions EVERYDAY whilst some nations suffer obesity epidemics is just... wrong.....

It was tragic and very heartbreaking, but in the history of the entire world, it would be hard to claim it as the worst. There have been many attempts to kill entire races of people throughout time.

I totally agree with that. The epitome of evil, corruption, hate, madness. It amazes me that a political party fueled by nothing but hatred rose to such power.
