im on one now and its great. if you watch tv stuff like the news or were theres police in there office ect,the are all using dell lap tops. take note. good luck oh mines an inspiron6400

Dell does have some outlet shops, but they are few, and only in certain states.

yeah there brilliant! i know loads of people who have them as they do some very good priced ones for students! i love mine! you can sent it back if you don't like it any way think you get about 2 weeks to decide.
